We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 and a flat rate of $5 on all other orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can keep an eye on its progress. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Margonia purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your hand-made art or souvenir, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@margonia.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
